Overstaying Visa:
Jordan had been living in the Philippines since December 27, 2015, without renewing his tourist visa. He overstayed for more than seven years.

Undocumented Alien:
When confronted by authorities, he was unable to present any valid travel documents, which led to his classification as an undocumented alien.

Undesirability:
He was charged with being an undesirable alien after videos surfaced showing him threatening a bartender with a knife during a livestream.

He was arrested by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) in Carcar City, Cebu, and is currently detained at the BI warden facility in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City, pending deportation proceedings.
